Seetong (hereinafter referred to as "Seetong" or "this product") is a software and hardware integrated product provided by Shenzhen Tiantong Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Tiantong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "we").
Intelligent hardware devices refer to devices that can be controlled and managed in the Seetong application after being bound to this product (hereinafter referred to as "devices").
We attach great importance to your privacy rights. When you use our products and services, we may collect and use your relevant information. We hope to explain to you through this "Privacy Policy" how we collect, use, and protect your information when using our services. Please take some time to read our privacy policy. For the content shown in bold font in the text, we urge you to pay special attention to it. As the scope of services expands and adjusts, we may update our privacy policy at any time without prior notice. Once the updated privacy policy is published on the web page, it will effectively replace the original privacy policy.
When you register or log in to Seetong, we will display the complete privacy policy text to you and require you to explicitly indicate your consent to our privacy policy by checking the box. Only after you check and agree will we collect and use your personal information.
When you use Seetong services or visit Seetong web pages, we will automatically receive and record information on your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, date and time of visit, software and hardware characteristic information, web page records, and Seetong Cookies information.
If you install the Seetong mobile client software, we may read the properties and stored information of your mobile device, including but not limited to device brand and model, device identification code, telecom operator, country or region, mobile phone number, address book, and location information.
When you use the APP to scan a QR code, we will request access to your device camera permission. Only when you actively authorize will we obtain this permission.
When you use the monitoring video preview function, we need to obtain your camera album and storage permissions to take screenshots and store videos. You can turn off these permissions through system settings, but please note that turning off the permissions will prevent you from using this function.
When you use functions such as intercom and call, you need to enable the microphone permission. We will collect the audio content you submit to enable these functions for you. You can turn off the microphone permission through system settings, but turning off the permission will prevent you from using this function.
This permission will be used to obtain the Wi-Fi list and the name (SSID) of the currently connected Wi-Fi on the phone, to facilitate automatic filling in the device networking process and to discover nearby devices when connecting in AP hotspot mode.
When you use functions related to Wi-Fi information, we will request to obtain your location permission.
When you use the device sharing function to copy the device link, we will write the copied information into the clipboard. This information is only for your subsequent pasting use, and we will not collect your privacy information.
Seetong will collect relevant information when you start the application and process it according to this privacy policy. Third-party application service providers may obtain your personal information in Seetong, and their collection of information is subject to their own privacy policies.
When you use our services, we will automatically collect (including collection in the background running state) the detailed usage of our services by you and save it as relevant network logs. We record the basic information of your client terminal device (client type, client version number, device model, operating system version number, operating system language, device identification code (Android ID)), network information (IP address, network connection method, and operator), and your operation records (page exposure, button clicks, lag, crash data). We rely on this information to provide services to you and ensure the safe operation of your client terminal device. If you refuse to provide it, we will not be able to provide services to you.
Please note that individual intelligent device information and log information are information that cannot identify a specific natural person. If we combine such non-personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person or use it in combination with personal information, during the combined use period, such non-personal information will be regarded as personal information. Except with your authorization or as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de-identify such personal information.
To better implement services, we integrate the service capabilities of our partners. There will be separate agreements, relevant business rules, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "separate agreements"). The separate agreements are also an integral part, and you should also abide by them. Your acceptance of the following separate agreements and relevant business rules is deemed as your acceptance of this entire agreement.
Seetong Third-Party Information Sharing ListWe will follow the minimization principle and only collect personal information necessary for implementing service functions. If our privacy policy lacks the disclosure of a certain permission, we will promptly supplement the description of the collection, use purpose, and method of that permission. If a certain permission is not necessary for service functions, we will delete the corresponding data acquisition behavior to protect your privacy.
Before obtaining your consent, Seetong will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any third party, except in the following cases:
3.1 Your account registered with Seetong has a password protection function to ensure the security of your personal information. Please keep your account and password information properly.
3.2 Seetong has corresponding technical and security measures to ensure that the information we hold is not lost, misused, or altered. Although we have these security measures, please note that there is no "perfect security measure" on the Internet.

You can modify the browser settings to reject cookies, but we need to remind you that because you reject cookies, you may not be able to use some functions of Seetong that rely on cookies.
Seetong contains links to other websites. Seetong is not responsible for the privacy protection measures of other websites. We may add business partners or co-branded websites at any time, but only general information will be provided to them, and we will not disclose your identity.
You can cancel your account at any time through the account cancellation function in the account management of this product (cancellation steps: click "Mine" -> click the account at the top of the page -> select "User Cancellation" -> click "User Cancellation"). If you choose to cancel your account, your account will not be usable and the relevant account information will be cleared. You will not be able to log in and use the product functions and services through the account.
When you cancel your account, except in cases where the law requires us to retain relevant information, we will stop providing you with the corresponding product (or service) and delete or anonymize your personal information within 10 working days.
To make it more convenient for you to query, correct, and delete your personal information and to ensure your right to withdraw your consent to the use of personal information, we have provided corresponding operation settings in the product design. This product is not designed for minors. Minors under the age of eighteen need the consent and authorization of the minor himself/herself or the guardian when using this product. Children under the age of fourteen need their parents or other guardians to read this policy when using this product, and children should seek the consent and guidance of their parents or other guardians before submitting personal information.
